Andrew Michael
Andrew has worked in the banking sector for over 28 years starting out at Barclays Bank in 1989.
During his time at Barclays, he was able to combine his passion for music with his role at the bank, working within the bank's much celebrated media team based in Soho Square in London.
He built a client base of some of the biggest players in the industry, and has been able to build strong relationships with them, allowing him to call many of them friends.
In 2008 Andrew joined Investec bank and set up their Music & Entertainment Division which focused on niche ways to lend into the sector.
He structured many deals across the entertainment sector, including:

DAVID HALE
After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 1991 with Andersen's London office, David spent 20 years in banking in a variety of roles across financial control, corporate treasury, asset finance and information systems. His expertise in complex structured financing and securitisation stems from numerous transactions from both agency and principal perspectives.
David now consults to investors and early stage businesses and is a director of several companies.
Between 1985 and 2016, David has been to 24 Bruce Springsteen concerts.
